New Zealand is the second most violent country in the world per capita, according to Wiki, second only to Dominica. It seems like every day there is another murder here. Off the top of my head, over the last few weeks there's been a murder of a boy in South Auckland, a 17 year old killed in a Chubb security van being transferred to jail after his parents refused to bail him out for taking their car without asking, today a young woman was found dead in her car with her baby, a few months ago twin boys, about 3 months old, were beaten to death and the cops didn't do anything because the Maori family had to have some sort of ceremony, and a month or so later another pair of twins were killed. A fifteen year old kid dropped a 10kg block of concrete off a bridge onto a car and killed a guy, a 17 year old girl was killed by these creeps. Oh, a woman was killed by cyanide poisoning as well. This place sucks.
